On September 5, because of exchange international experience, with invitation of GVIBA, international organization Opus’s CEO - Bill Opus Delhi and coordinator of Asia Atul shah were visited. Parties discussed about current issues, viewed Technical Inspection Centers. The equipment of the centers and their work process were positively evaluated.
On September 23, a meeting of the GVIBA was held. Where were attended the heads of 39 inspection centers. At the meeting the 2019-2020 Action Plan, the new structure and budget of the Association were approved. The news and changes are in full compliance with the recommendations of the international organization - CITA. Active members of the Association were awarded by David Meskhishvili – President of the GVIBA.
Georgian Vehicle Inspection Bodies Association became a very first CITA member from Georgia,
GVIBA will send information to CITA, about problems of technical inspection process. Finally developed recommendations will send to State bodies.
